Why your shifts belong in your calendar.
- WFT doesn't export to Google Calendar
- Workforce Tools shows your schedule, but there is no built-in way to get those shifts into Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar. You open WFT every time, or you type each shift in yourself.
- Typing shifts in goes wrong
- Copying by hand means typos, missed shifts and stale entries when your schedule changes. One wrong start time can mean turning up late.
- Your schedule should live with your life
- Classes, appointments, the gym and family plans are already in Google Calendar. Your shifts belong there too, not in a separate app you have to remember to check.

Install Titan
Add the free Titan extension to Chrome, Edge or Firefox. There is no account to create. - 2
Connect your Google account once
Sign in on Google's screen from the Titan side panel and tick the Google Calendar box. Titan never sees your Google password. - 3
Open Workforce Tools
Go to wft.homedepot.com and sign in as normal. Titan reads your schedule from the page, with nothing to set up. - 4
Click "Sync Schedule" in the side panel
Titan compares your WFT shifts with your calendar and changes only what is different. New shifts are added, dropped shifts are removed, and the rest is left alone. Each shift carries the store name and address.

What Titan does
- Reads your WFT schedule the same way your browser does.
- Creates and updates events in your work calendar.
- Keeps its sync records in your browser's extension storage.
- May look up a store address through Titan's store service, using only a store number.
What Titan never does
- Upload your full shift schedule to the developer.
- Ask for or store your WFT or Google password.
- Change your other, personal calendars.
- Sell, share or analyze your schedule data.
Questions, answered.
- Does Titan work if my WFT schedule changes?
- Yes. Sync again whenever your schedule changes and Titan updates your calendar to match: new shifts are added, cancelled ones are removed, and unchanged events are left alone.
- Will Titan overwrite existing events in my calendar?
- No. Titan keeps your shifts in its own Home Depot Work Schedule calendar and doesn't touch events in your other calendars. Shifts you typed in yourself stay as they are.
- Does Titan work on mobile?
- Titan runs on Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer, and Titan for Safari (macOS and iOS) is in TestFlight. Once your shifts are in Google Calendar they appear on every device signed in to that Google account.
