G-PERMISSIONCalendar permission not granted
Titan wasn't given permission to use your Google Calendar. Click Sync Schedule again and, on Google's screen, tick the Google Calendar box (or "Select all") before pressing Continue. (Code: G-PERMISSION)
Why it happens
When you sign in, Google shows a screen listing what Titan is asking for. On that screen, Google Calendar is an optional checkbox. If the box is left unticked, sign-in still finishes, but Titan has no permission to add shifts to your calendar.
Titan wants access to your Google Account
It is easy to miss, and it depends on what Google shows for your account. That is why Titan can work for one person and not for another who followed the same steps.
How to fix it
- 1Open Workforce Tool (wft.homedepot.com) and click Sync Schedule in Titan.
- 2Google's sign-in window opens. Choose your Google account.
- 3On the next screen Google lists what Titan is asking for, with a small checkbox beside Google Calendar. Tick that box. If you see "Select all", ticking that works too.
- 4Press Continue.
- 5Your shifts should now sync. If they don't appear, click Sync Schedule once more.
On a version of Titan older than 1.6.0?Older versions showed a bare "error 403" on every sync and kept the stuck sign-in. Remove Titan from your browser and install it again first, then follow the steps above.
