Question 1

What app syncs Home Depot WFT schedule to Google Calendar?

Accepted Answer

Titan is a free browser extension that syncs your Home Depot Workforce Tools schedule to Google Calendar automatically. Install it, connect your Google account once, open WFT, and click Sync. Your shifts appear in Google Calendar in seconds.

Question 2

Can I get my Home Depot schedule on my iPhone calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Titan syncs your WFT schedule to Google Calendar on your computer. Once it is in Google Calendar, your shifts automatically appear on your iPhone through the Google Calendar app or the built-in iOS Calendar app when you add your Google account.

Question 3

Does Titan work with Apple Calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Titan syncs your Home Depot shifts to Google Calendar. Apple Calendar on iPhone or Mac can connect to Google Calendar through your Google account, so your shifts appear there automatically after syncing with Titan.

Question 4

What is Titan?

Accepted Answer

Titan is a free browser extension that reads your Home Depot Workforce Tool (WFT) schedule and syncs your shifts to Google Calendar. Schedule sync runs locally in your browser.

Question 5

How does Titan sync my Home Depot schedule to Google Calendar?

Accepted Answer

Titan reads your schedule from Workforce Tool while you are signed in. It turns your shifts into Google Calendar events and syncs only what changed, so there are no duplicates.

Question 6

Does Titan need my WFT password?

Accepted Answer

No. Titan never asks for or stores your Home Depot password. You log in to WFT as normal and Titan reads your schedule automatically. Your LDAP ID is detected without any manual input.

Question 7

Is Titan affiliated with The Home Depot?

Accepted Answer

No. Titan is an independent personal project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Home Depot or Google.

Question 8

Is Titan free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Titan is currently free. If that ever changes, you will be notified clearly before any charges apply.

Question 9

How many times can I sync per day?

Accepted Answer

Titan allows 7 syncs per day with a 5-minute cooldown between each sync. Both limits reset at midnight. Your remaining syncs are shown live in the side panel.

Question 10

Does Titan send my schedule data to any external servers?

Accepted Answer

Titan syncs your WFT schedule locally in your browser. Your full shift schedule is not uploaded to the developer's servers. Titan talks directly to Workforce Tool and Google Calendar, and it may call Titan's store lookup service with a store number to format event locations. To find your store, Titan downloads its public store list from GitHub and searches it on your device, so what you type is not sent anywhere.

Question 11

Why does one person get an error 403 when it works for someone else?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the Google account, not on the steps you followed. The usual cause is that the Google Calendar box was left unticked on Google's sign-in screen, so Titan has no permission to add shifts. Click Sync Schedule again and tick the Google Calendar box (or "Select all") before pressing Continue. Full steps: https://www.titanwft.net/errors#G-PERMISSION

Question 12

Will Titan create duplicate calendar events?

Accepted Answer

No. Titan compares your current WFT schedule to what's already in Google Calendar and only syncs what actually changed. Removed shifts are removed from your calendar too.
