Titan Support Center
Common fixes for Titan, the Home Depot schedule sync browser extension. Start with the section that matches your issue.
Extension Not Working?
Titan icon is missing from your browser toolbar
- 1.Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in your browser toolbar.
- 2.Find Titan in the list and click the pin icon to pin it to your toolbar.
- 3.If Titan isn't in the list, open your browser extension manager and check if it's installed and enabled.
Side panel does not open on WFT
- 1.Make sure you are on wft.homedepot.com. Titan only activates on this domain.
- 2.Click the Titan icon in your toolbar to open the panel manually.
- 3.Try the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Space (Mac: Cmd+Shift+Space).
- 4.If none of these work, try disabling and re-enabling Titan from your browser extension manager.
Titan panel shows 'Not on WFT' even when I'm on WFT
- 1.Verify the URL in your browser address bar shows wft.homedepot.com.
- 2.Try a hard refresh of the WFT page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
- 3.Log out of WFT and log back in, then reopen the Titan panel.
Sync Issues
Sync button is greyed out or shows a cooldown timer
- 1.Titan enforces a 5-minute cooldown between syncs. Wait for the timer in the panel to reach 0:00.
- 2.If you have hit the 20 syncs/day limit, wait until midnight. The counter resets automatically.
- 3.Your remaining syncs and reset time are shown in the Titan side panel.
Shifts are not appearing in Google Calendar after sync
- 1.Open Google Calendar and look for 'HD Work Schedule' in the calendar list on the left sidebar.
- 2.If it's there but hidden, click the circle next to it to show the calendar.
- 3.If 'HD Work Schedule' is missing entirely, disconnect and reconnect your Google account in Titan settings.
- 4.Try syncing again after confirming the calendar is visible.
Schedule shows wrong times or dates
- 1.Check that your device clock and timezone are set correctly. Google Calendar uses your local timezone.
- 2.Navigate to the WFT schedule page (not the app home screen) before syncing.
- 3.If times are consistently off by a fixed number of hours, check your Google Calendar timezone settings.
Google Calendar Not Updating
Old shifts are still in my calendar after a schedule change
- 1.Run a fresh sync from the WFT schedule page. Titan needs to see your current schedule to remove old shifts.
- 2.Titan syncs a 30-day window. Shifts outside this window may not be auto-removed.
- 3.For a clean slate, you can delete the HD Work Schedule calendar in Google Calendar and run a fresh sync.
Google Calendar shows "Access Denied" or auth error
- 1.In the Titan panel, go to Settings and disconnect your Google account.
- 2.Reconnect your Google account using the Connect button.
- 3.If the issue persists, go to myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps and remove 'Titan', then reconnect.
Reset or Reinstall Titan
How to fully reset Titan
- 1.Open your browser extension manager (for example, chrome://extensions or edge://extensions).
- 2.Find Titan and click Details.
- 3.Scroll down to Extension options and click Clear site data if available, or use the Remove button.
- 4.Reinstall Titan from the extension store.
- 5.Reconnect your Google account and run a fresh sync.
Resetting Titan clears all locally stored data including your LDAP ID, Google account connection, and sync history. Your HD Work Schedule calendar events in Google Calendar are not affected.
