Why WFT doesn't sync to iPhone directly.
Workforce Tools is a website. It shows your shifts but has no way to send them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or your iPhone. You open WFT on your phone every time you want to check, or you type each shift in yourself.

Install Titan
On your desktop or laptop, add Titan to Google Chrome. It is free and takes about 30 seconds. - 2
Connect your Google Calendar
The first time you open Titan, click "Connect Google Calendar", sign in to Google and tick the Google Calendar box. You only do this once. - 3
Open Workforce Tools and sync
Go to wft.homedepot.com and sign in as normal. Click "Sync Schedule" in the Titan side panel. Your shifts appear in the "Home Depot Work Schedule" calendar in Google Calendar within seconds.

Open Settings on your iPhone

Scroll down and tap Calendar. Then tap Accounts. - 3

Sign in with your Google account
Use the same Google account you connected in Titan. Make sure Calendars is switched on. - 5
